FAQs

Q: Where can I find La Roche-Posay products?
A: La Roche-Posay products are available at Changi General Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, National Skin Centre, National University Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital as well as major Guardian, Unity and Watsons retail pharmacies.

Q: I have very sensitive skin. Are La Roche-Posay products safe for me to use?
A: La Roche-Posay prides itself on its commitment to tolerance and cosmetic pleasure, hence all products are carefully formulated and subjected to rigorous clinical trials on the most sensitive skin before releasing to the market. The Toleriane range of products is especially recommended for people with sensitive skin. All Toleriane products are fragrance-free, preservative-free and lanolin-free, with a strict formulae limiting to only 15 strictly necessary ingredients, to prevent any risk of allergy.

Q: I don’t have sensitive skin. Are La Roche-Posay products too strong for me?
A: Of course not. La Roche-Posay products are carefully formulated to be gentle on the skin yet not compromising on its efficacy. The products can be used on all skin but be mindful to fit the products to your skin type.

Q: I don’t have problematic skin. Are La Roche-Posay products too strong for me?
A: Of course not. La Roche-Posay emphasizes tolerance above everything else; its products are gentle on all skins, even the most sensitive. La Roche-Posay has a range of products for all skin types; choose the one which is suitable for you.

Q: Do I need to wear sunscreen if I stay in the office most of the time?
A: Yes of course. Even if you are not directly exposed to the sun and its UVB rays, staying indoors in the office still makes you vulnerable to UVA rays which penetrate through glass windows, causing invisible skin cell damage which only becomes evident with age. Lunch time is when the sun is at its strongest; you are also exposed to the sun on your way to and back from work so give your skin its required protection by applying sunscreen.

Q: What are Derma-Advisors?
A: Derma-Advisors (DAs) are our brand’s promoters. Unlike usual promoters, Derma-Advisors are invested with adequate product training and skincare knowledge. They are available at many of our drugstore product counters to diagnose and advise customers on their skin and suitable products.
